5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or technical failures.

REFUND POLICY

1. Project-Based Services

Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

2. Monthly Services (SEO, Marketing, Maintenance)

Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the service period has started. Cancellation requires written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

3. Custom Development

Due to the customized nature of development services, refunds are not provided once coding or design work has begun.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has commenced
  • The Company fails to deliver agreed services without valid reason

5. Chargebacks

Initiating unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and legal recovery of funds where applicable.

6. Consumer Protection

Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable laws in the UK, EU, USA, Australia, or India.
